"I had to change insurance companies so Dr. Falkenberry wasn't my dr. till May but I hit the jackpot! He has a wonderful reputation and I took the time to ask-believe me! If anything, he is hard to get in with so appointments are hard to get. I had to wait 3 weeks after insurance was approved just for the follow up to see him. He is very nice, soft-spoken, and professional. He is straight forward in a nice way but moves on pretty fast due to his schedule I'm sure. Very little chit-chat. He explains everything you want to ask and puts you at ease. He works in a group so there is always someone that can help if he isn't available (never has happened but they assure you if he isn't there--a doctor is always on call). I felt confident in the Southwest Bariatric Group in Austin. They work as a team. So I feel like I would receive equal care no matter what the circumstances. I am encouraged to contact them whenever needed and they provide good after surgery services. Surgery was a breeze and I had no reservations about his skills as I went into surgery..Thanks Dr. Faulkenberry!"
"Our family is military and have been to several hospitals throughout the world. St. David's was one of the most organized and professional hospitals we have experienced. My husband who is very organized was pleasantly surprised and repeatedly commented on how the hospital ran itself. My care was very good. Everyone explained things, responded to my needs in a timely fashion, and was caring in all aspects. You do have to tell them when you need pain medications but otherwise they were always checking about what I needed. These people definitely were busy but responded quickly and friendly."
