I have been fighting with weight most my life. After my Husband died I lost a whole lot of weight. Kept it off for a long while . Then a doc gave me steroid injections way to many and i gain all my weight back and then some . I have tried every way to get the weight back off . My health and gotten worse. This is a change of life that I am willing to make. So I can live longer and have better quality of life.
