I've been working on my physician supervised diet since Dec 30, 2010. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and started on CPAP in April. In the process of getting clearance for my bleeding disorder I found out I also have a clotting disorder. So when I have surgery I will have to have precautions to prevent excessive bleeding during surgery and then blood clots after surgery. I have one more visit to go with my PCP and then my bariatric surgeon before he will submit for insurance authorization and schedule a date (hopeful early September).
