got them out 2 days ago.hurts to breathe deep,to yawn,to cough.it will get better.

my physical therapy is over and ive been back in the gym a week,lost 5lbs in that week.down to 234.5 from 341 on day of surgery,feb22,2010.thats 106.5lbs lost!!!im down 12 pant sizes.bra size went from 52I to 44ddd.all my skinny clothes r getting big on me,gotta go shopping again,oh the horror!lol! I have a waist,havent been out of breathe in months.I can go on & on.

I had the surgery on feb 22,2010.i weighed 341 that day.2day is july 4,2010 and i weigh 265lbs!had knee surgery on july2,so no excersize for a bit.hard 2 do with crutches.

feb 22 2010.thats my surgery date.im so excited and cant wait.i told them 2 call me sooner if they have any cancelations.

i got my preop appt with dr needleman on feb 2,2010.yeah!!

I started the whole process with osu back in aug.2009.i got my approval.osu wants me 2 lose 10% of my weight then they will schedule me.i am more than halfway there.im doing my nutrition class(4 days)today i go to my 2nd one.as soon as i lose the 10% i will be scheduled for my preop appt.yeah!!!i will soon add my b4 pics which i already took in august.i started at 370lbs.they want me at 333lbs.im 345 now.im trying hard everyday but i cant do much exercise with my arthritis,herniated discs and torn meniscus so its going slower than i would like.but its going.it will happen!
