8 Days Post Op! :)

So Ive had my surgery and let me tell you it was pain free and wonderful until I woke up post op...lol. No joke though that was the worst pain Ive ever felt in my life and let me tell you I just had emergency surgery to remove a cyst from my womanly region and I thought that was bad! Nope it was a breeze compared to this. Thank God I had some cute male nurses that were as sweet as can be 
one imparticular was my angel in disguise cause made sure I had everything I needed whenever I needed it. What a perfect man! Good thing my man wasnt there just my mother...lol. Anywho I stayed overnight and then got discharged home which was great except that meant a 1.5hr car ride with lots of bumps and no lil pain relief pump to help me out. All in all the 1st 5 days I was home went from bad and helpless to better and good.
Yesterday my mother and I went shopping (my 1st outside activity since being home) and although painful it was great to be outside again with other people. Today we ventured out again to get my hair cut since its already been falling out like crazy since right after surgery
This was something I thought I was prepared for but then again I thought it would be around 6 months post op not 6hrs!!! Well the whole trimming of the hair(my hair was almost to my behind) went all bad! I said trim 2-3 inches and no more and Im sitting here now with hair right above my shoulders!!! 
I didnt know what to say, for the first time in my life I was speechless. I got in the car and cried, not only was I losing my hair but this stupid lady cut it short than Ive had it in 15yrs. So although today I had a lot less pain and walked about 1.5 miles(slowly of course) Im just very sad about my hair...it was kinda like a security blanket of mine all these years I guess and my man absolutely adored my hair, now Im scared to see the disappiontment on his face when he sees my hair for the first time. At this point I cant even look in the mirror without wanting to cry. I know its just hair but really I can barely put it up in a pony tail something Ive done everyday forever....all I can say is I got some Nioxin and I hope that helps my hair grow back thick again and fast!
Anyways other than that it been getting better everyday like everyone says on here and we dont believe on day 2 and 3 lol but it is and Im glad. I do miss food however, I miss the chewing and the savory flavors and I guess it doesnt help my mother cooking steaks and yummy chicken for her and my dad everynight. Oh well tis the life os a loser lol...I hope my weight loss kicks in sometime soon and Im sure it will I guess Im just impatient. Well Im off to eat my yummy dinner(protien shake) and get ready for bed, thanks for listening everyone!

3 Days Away & Still Have 5lbs Too Go

Okay so today I am 3 days away from my surgery and I'm still stressed about these last 5lbs from hell! Okay technically I'm 3.5lbs from my goal that my surgeon wants but I would be more comfy with a little play room just to be safe. Ive been trying my best to stick to a pre-op liquid diet but I go down to my goal and then drink water and go right back up and its driving me mad. Ive already been told if I'm not at my goal weight for surgery they'll send me home and reschedule and that's all bad.
I'm gonna try doubling my exercise
these next few days and do a strictly liquid diet no exceptions, regardless of how bad I feel becuase of it and I'm praying Ill meet my goals. I'm just worried if I'm having problems with these 5lbs how is it gonna be post-op? Everyone keeps telling me not to stress but I also am cramming 7 finals into one day since I wont be there when I'm actually supposed to take my finals(the day of surgery till the end of the week) so as much as I want to just relax and focus I just cant seem to instead I really wanna pull my hair out 
but I'm already losing too much for my likeing....my mind just wont stop going 100mph about everything. Well if anyone has had the last 5lbs from hell experience and have any advice I would love to hear it!
