I am 30 years old. I have been big since 3rd grade, always the bigger child, the bigger friend.. I like most everyone out there have done every diet in the book. I can't seem to lose any of the weight and having twin girls in 2008 I know need to make the change for life, to be here for my kids to get married and to see my grandkids.
My family history includes obesity, heart history, diabetes and cancer. They all have died in the early 60's and I don't want that.
I need to take this step for myself and my family.
