Where has the summer gone!..Seems that we just get into exercising and wanting to loose those pounds before the holidays arrive.
A gf of mine and myself starting September 1 we are going to start getting back to what Im suppose to do and she wants to loose bout 30 lbs herself. It's going to be hard for me since Im so used to eating the bad carbs and eating sugar. I know it will be hard and kind of dredding it im hoping that I dont fail.

Wow it has been a long time since I have posted. Havent been really up to par. I had surgery and im out on leave for almost 6 wks.
I had to have a full histerectomy due to a tumor on my right ovary. Omg it was the size bigger then a tennis ball. So to not risk the chance of having cancer they took everything. So im on the mend from that.
Nothing has changed bout my weight..I have realized that the surgery didnt fail me I failed the gastric bypass. Situations come in to your life that cant be changed. But one has to change it themselves to not go into the depression of eating.
I have to deal the emotional eating everyday. The child inside she don't want to expose herself to anyone to be hurt. Till she realizes that no one will hurt her, then that is when I will be healed and I can start to loose weight again.

Im not sure if my old profile is listed on this new way of profile. But I had my surgery 2001 and lost 156 lbs!..
But because im a emotional eater, I have gained it all back but of 60 lbs.
So till this day im vitamin D deficiant (typo), and may have hernias two waiting on results at this time.
I dont regret having the surgery would do it all over again. Actually thought of having it done again, but from what I hear it can have more problems with it..Coz of scar tissue and spleen issues.
I do know if I did have it again I would never eat the bad foods again!. Popcorn, white carb foods and etc. I did go back to this way of life, my co-morbidities came back. Im in counsiling to deal with deep down issues. We have them all dont we?
