I've just been diagnosed with shingles.  Dr said probably due to stress on body - surgery,  weight loss.  Pain is horrendous!

I'm now in the pureed stage.  It says in our manual that we should be eating 1/4 cup of food at each meal.a 1/4 cup is equal to 2 Oz. Is this correct?
