Hello Syb, your encouraging words and prayers are very much appreciated. It's a blessing to have a chance to communicate with others who understand all phases of the struggles obesity takes us to. We want to beat obesity, but many of us find it to be a life long challenge that gets the best of us. Thanks to God, we have new hopes and opportunities. I wish you all the best for a full success to a much healthier, happier life. You should be proud of your accomplishments. May God continue to shed His glorious light on those who remember to "help yourself, and God will bless your efforts".
