ANTHEM RECEIVED PAPER WORK ON 2/17/09
Every time you call Anthem, they have a different spill
I have spoke with several customer rep's and they all
have given me a different date when the decision for the
surgery will be decided.
I am going to continue to call and be pleasant and peaceful.
