my name is Carol, I am 50 years old and live in Sacramento
California. I had Lap Band surgery on December 2, 2008. I've lost 58 lbs to date. I don't post often because it's hard when I'm at work.This site is wonderful! So many nice and knowledgeable people. I have learned a lot just from reading this forum. Thanks to everyone!
