OH, my!  I am getting it, but how I want some food!  LOL.  This whole diet sugar tastes like crap.  But, I am being a good girl.  Drinking tons o' water, and staying on my liquid diet.  Please tell me that this gets easier!

Getting ready for my fast!  I got all of the new information from my surgeon.  He now says that he is doing the Realize band instead.  Going through the info, it looks pretty good. 

Although, this fast thing looks pretty scary.  I thought that I didn't eat much, till the thought of not getting to eat comes into play! 

I didn't sleep last night.  I laid in bed going over all of the information I have already had and mentally preparing for the liquid diet.  Is it going to be hard?  Will I be able to do it?  I never really liked soup.  Is this going to be my staple? 

By the end of the night, I decided that if I could quit smoking, even though family members still smoke, that I could do this diet.  By the grace of God, everything will be easy.
