Today I am 190.4 which is 1.8 pounds less than the last time I weighed in, which was not a Monday.
I hope to see the 180's this week!

Almost another month down.
Today I am at 191.4. Last week I was at 192.6, so that is a loss of 1.2 pounds. Definitely slowing down. It will be interesting to see what the inches lost reveal this week.

So today is the 6 month visit, and I weigh 193.4. So from surgery I have lost 50.6 pounds!!!!!
I hope Dr. M is happy and all blood work is ok.

So it's Wednesday -- my scales ran out of batteries.
And today I am at 195.2. Last week (and a half!) I was at 196.4 so that is 1.2 pounds.
It's definitely slowing down. I need to get better with exercising -- I just have to make time somehow.

Today I am 196.4. Last week I was 197, so that is only a loss of 0.6 pound. It was that time of the month, so I am not that concerned. I really have to recommit to exercise -- now that I am spending so much time with Andy, exercise is going by the wayside.

This morning, I weigh 198.6. Last week I weighed 201 even so that means last week I lost 2.4 pounds!
I need to exercise more. Haven't been walking as much. Other than that, all is going so well.
