Time has flown during my thin years since my surgery 5 years ago....I have maintained a 170lb weightloss for 3 and 1/3 of those years. I would be very interested in hearing from anyone else who has enjoyed this life changing experience!

Well here I am only 3 days out and already posting! Whodah thunk! What a difference a day makes, yesterday getting home from the hospital I was bloated, in pain, short of breath, and the last thing I wanted to do was walk around, and today I feel way better.

This is gross, but I belched and passed gas all night long the first night home. I had to sleep in the recliner and got up several times to walk and to take in some boost and water. I felt a little panicy with the shortness of breath when I walked but it got better every time I made the effort. Also felt a little feverish and chilled this morning but that's all gone now and I can't believe how good I feel this afternoon. I have alot more to say but I'm getting uncomfortable in this chair.

Wow! I think my page is looking pretty good now; I may change a bunch of stuff when I get home though. The background reflects my love for ponds and beautiful Japanese Koi.
