I have now loss 188.5 lbs!!! Not the bllod pressure meds 3 months without issue. Wearing "cute" jeans again and dating. Life is great!!!!!

I now have loss 160 lbs. I am feeling great. And I can say I think I look good too. I have long way to go, but have I already come a long way. I have gone down 7 sizes!!!. Yesterday I was told that I looked younger!!! Again, having surgery is one of teh best decisons I have ever made for me!!!!

I am 7 months post op and I have lost 147lbs!!!! Just had a check up all blood work is good!!! I feel great!!! Again, this was the best thing I ever did for myself!!!!

I am so excited!!!  I am 5 months and 20 days post op. I had my month vist yesterday and I have loss 127.5 pounds!!! I feel greata nd I am looking good. I actually look younger. I can't believe it some days. Loving the new me!!!!

I have now lost 109lbs!!! I feeling great!!! I can Christmas shop without pain for the first time in years!!!  Walking further and better everyday!!! Everyone tells me I look younger, not sure about that but I feel younger!!!

This is the least I have weighed in 15 years!!!! Feeling great!!!!

Feeling great!!! A few skin issues, but under control. My energy level is the best it has been in 10 years!!!!

I am 10 weeks post-op and have a total weight loss of 78lbs. I have been doing chores around the house that I have not been able to do for years. I have cleaned out closets, storage barn and cabinets. I had a yard sale. I am enjoying the ability to move again without pain or shortness of breath!!! I am sleeping better. My blood pressure was 120/70 last week. That's the best it has been in years. Dr. states they will likely take me offf my BP meds in 2 months!!!. Having the VSG is one of the best decisons I have ever made!!!!

I started my weight loss journey 6/9/08 at 503 lbs. August 28 I weighed 440!!! 63 lbs GONE!!!! Tolerating food well. Still hard to get all of my protein in. Going back to the gym Sept 2 for the first time since surgery. Plan on starting to travel Sept 7. Eating and excerising on road will be a challenge.

Saw Dr. E 2 days ago. I have loss 18 lbs post-op for a total of 49 lbs. Still having some pain in my left side. Tolerating liquids well. Tolerating soft foods, but have to make myself eat. No hunger - never experienced that before!!!!!!! My sister in law asked me "was it easy?". DUH - no it was NOT easy, but worth every pain and struggle!!!! Going back to work Monday. Concerned about controling my stress level. Later.
