I don't have much to say, I know we all say pretty much the same about our weight and how we struggled through the process of losing weight and not succeeding, etc.  Well, I'm glad this was an alternative for all of us to lead much healthier lives.  I Thank my Heavenly Father for the many blessing's he's given me.  I struggled with my weight for so long.  I was not even able to walk from my bed to the bathroom w/o having help from my husband so that the pain would not be so bad just to walk.  I am glad I am not in and out of the hospital with my lungs and asthma.  I'm so thankful that I am able to be active with my family and go places, do things with my son and take him places I was not able to do in the past.   I know we all have a story and went through alot of pain and sufferings.  Now, we all can hold our heads up high and be thankful that we still have our lives and we are losing the weight and being more productive in our lives.  I was 420 lbs when I started out on December 29, 2006.  I am proud to say I am now 280 lbs and still going strong.  Like I said, I am just thankful that I can feel good about myself and not be so depressed, not wanting to look in the mirror or be around people.  I am out of my shell I don't have to hide anymore.  Too, all of you that just had surgery get ready for a whole new journey in life and enjoy it.  Too all of you that are planning on having surgery, don't be afraid of all the stories people tell you.  Be strong do it for yourself, your health, your kids and family.  I am a living witness this was the best decision I've ever made in my life and every time  my mom or other family and friends see me they make me feel so good with complements because they see the results and believe me it's very noticeable  and that alone even keeps a smile on your face.  Well, good luck to everyone and I will keep you posted.  I will get some pics of me soon.

GOD BLESS!!!!
