DAMN, I feel GREAT!!!! So much energy that I haven't found the time to sit still long enough to update my stuff here on this site. I can now do MULTIPLE things in a day, and still have plenty of energy left over.
I exercise EVERY DAY! It's the first thing I do when I wake up, NO MATTER WHAT! I look forward to it and I am getting stronger and stronger! My 8 year old daughter looked at me today and said "daddy, your muscles are showing." I almost broke out in tears when she told me that! Also, she said my "boobies" are getting smaller...YEAH!!
I will post some new pics of myself here in a few days...Just as soon as I can stand still for a minute to do it!
