WENT TO MD YESTERDAY HAD 7.5CC IN MY BAND, HAD 1.5CC TAKEN OUT, DUE TO REFLUX
BUT LOST 10LBS SINCE LAST MD VISIT.  ALSO POTASSIUM LOW.

Hi guys, whats up.  got on the scale this am and was 158.8, hurray finally seeing the light.  Only 8 lbs away from my goal, with 2mos to go.  having some trouble with reflux at night.  will see md this week for possible unfil.  My size 10s are gitting big.

whats up obh family.  I though I would update my page.  well I had a fill last week and I now have 7cc in my band.  I can say this i dont know if i was restricted before, but i be damn if im not now.  before sweets would go down pretty easy but now, its extremely hard to keep them down.  so i think i found my spot.  only 18lbs away from my goal.

I must admit I have not being totally compliant with my band and have even slacked up on exercising.  But sometimes you just get off the band wagon but you have to be smart enough to get back on.  no weight loss but no weight gained.  Too be continued until next time.  And when I come back there will be weight loss.

It has been just about 4months post op for me.  The weight is coming off very slowely but the clothes size is dropping drasticly.  when I first started I was 199 and in a size 16 and now I am 175 in a 12 and some 10s.  I continue to work hard and follow the rules and the weight loss will come to pass.

Hey guys whats up?  Im just moving right along.  I am still exercising and following my diet (most of the time).  But Im starting to chew my food up better which is causing me to be able to keep my food down.  As for now, the weight loss is slowing down, but damn as soon as I buy clothes Im giving them away.  In a size 12 now but only for a little while. All the 16s and 14s are gone for good.

Well, so far since Ive seen my doctor for a second fill I am somewhat nervous.  I am losing the weight and exercising but at a small cost.  I can barely hold anything down, especially meat.  any suggestions?

Hi guys whats up?  Just thought I would up date my blog.  went to md to get a fill on monday and has lost a few lbs so far so good.  Doing find on my liquids.  Thank you Jesussssssssssss.  Finally left the 180,s foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.  Exercising daily.

hey you guys whats up, I am still struggleing with this weight loss thing, somehow I have managed to loss only 3 lbs since my last fill.  I am now a sexy 180.3 as of today.  I have an appt to get 2nd fill on tomorrow, wish me luck.  well Im going to the gymn see ya latter.  but the good thing is no weight gain .

hi this is christie I am a little over 1MOS POST OP and I just had my 1st fill not bad did not hurt at all.  loosing weight slowly but surely.
