Decided on RNY and made an appt. w/ GP- 7.27.09
Opt'd for OOC surgery. Filled out OHIP OOC request for and had GP sign off and fax to OHIP-8.28.09
Received OOC approval -10.26.09
Had consult with Dr. Taylor at the Barix bariatric center in Michigan -12.21.09
Pre-op-1.27.09
Surgery date -3.11.10
One year post surgery 3/11/11 - 170 pounds, 108 pounds down with 20 pounds to go.   
March 23, 2011, plastic surgeon consult:panni. Waiting for OHIP approval 6-8 week wait.
