I decided to start my journey to a healthier me in July. I'm lucky with my insurance it is only taking a few months. Went to seminar in July and surgery is scheduled for Oct. 24. I can't wait.
Been thinking about my parents that both passed in their 60's. Just turned 58 so I've been thinking I better wake up and do something. Quit smoking and made this decision for WLS.
