3 week follow-up appointment

Okay.... I had my 3 week post op appointment today.  Of course, it was a week late....oops

My doctor says I should be on a full diet by now and should be eating 3 meals a day only with no snacks.  I am concerned about whether or not I can do this - but I will sure give it an honest try! 

I stalled on weight loss for the last two weeks.  Last two days, I am finally losing again.  YAY!  21 lbs gone forever!!
