"The staff was mostly wonderful and caring but as with any hospital you have at least one staff member that is grumpy, non caring, or inconsiderate. And of course myself and my roomie ended up with one pca that was not very receptive to caring for us...but all in all the rest of the staff (especially Lori) were awesome."
"I have met with Dr. Gluck for the initial appointment and the seminar and he is a very compassionate man that has a deep understanding of what we are going through. His staff is wonderful and very sensitive to our feelings. They always make you feel welcome.
