met my nutritionist yesterday-she is lovely in every way!

i also made my endoscopy appointment-another physical and a sleep study consult as well as my psych eval -all in the next 3 weeks. so exciting now that appointments and knowledge are happening- i know i have the support and knowledge to have the surgery and i am very comfortable that i will have a good outcome- so glad me and hubby are doing this together- first thing-promise to my body that i will remember to feed it as needed not just when i remember and in turn my body will come to trust me and i wont have such bad fat storing :o)
