Hi all! Doc says I need to lose 20# before he will schedule surgery. What is the best diet to achieve this? I know low carb....but how do I determine how many carbs proteins and fats to limit myself to?

So I attended the seminar earlier this month and I had my initial consultation with my surgeon today. I'm so ready to get this journey going! I have several tests and evals to schedule...including a psych evaluation. Unfortunately, the first available appt is in February! I think I'm going to call around and see if I can find a sooner appt. Anyway, today went well and I'm on my way now!!! :-)
