"The staff on the 5th floor are very accomodating and helpful as well as the pre-op department. I don't remember any of the recovery room area so I can not give a valid comment on that staff."
"I met with Dr. Richardson for the first time today, 1 day pre-op. He seems very knowledgeable and concerned, and he has a firm handshake. I know that seems silly to some, but it helps finish my original thoughts.
At St. Alexius he doesn't have a regular office staff it is a time share office, but the staff there is very nice and knowledgable.
He is very very involved in the aftercare set up and meals. I would definately rank him above average by far.
His time was very quick with us, but he did stay as long as I had questions. His physical examination was however short, but my file was very extensive."
