so im officially trying again,,,
i weighed 324lbs at my heaviest, got down to 198lbs. but now im back up to 260lbs.
i cant fail at this , i have to reach my goal of 165lbs. i was sooo close, and i gained over 60lbs in a year.
i am so scared, and so discouraged about this. to suffer 24/7 inside and out, for however long this is going to take
i am afraid im not strong enough to suceed, im so miserable, i just want to be normal... i cant fail
