I felt more comfortable with him after he prayed with you before surgery. I REALLY appreciated that. It made me feel like GOD was directing his hands to do the surgery. He has a thorough post op program with BTC's 800 numbers to call with ANY questions or concerns you may have. He let me and my best friend (who had the surgery with me) know that he sees the risk of R and Y being a fatality of 1 in 1000, vs. the LAP risk of fatality of 1 in 200.

"The Nurses were Heaven Sent! The hospital seemed crisp, clean, and proud to be a caring facility, not just in it for the money. I loved my stay. It was wonderful. I'd go back there again. And get this: you didn't need ANYTHING> they provided it all for you on the first day. Tongs, deo., toothbrush, paste, shampoo, soap, a tv, and even a fan. I HAVE TO HAVE a fan. I didn't even have to remind them. It was already in the charts, bless their hearts. Chose them, if you can. It was a great experience. They get an A+++ from me."
