First visit today....revision after 9 years.

I had my first appointment today at Oband. They did bloodwork, an EKG and made appointments for stress, pysch and sleep study test. Wow after nine years I'be gained 35 pounds back and never reached goal. So hey most people think I'm fit but I can't stop thinking about food. I can't sit back waiting while I return back to 320 pounds. So I'm trying to decide sleeve or band. I'm afraid of getting to skinny and looking sick. I do have hips that aren't going very far.
