Hello-
This is my very first blog.  I found this website through my surgeon's website.  I looked at alot of stuff and decided to join.  My surgery is scheduled for 10/21/2010.  I'm so very excited and nervous at the same time.  I know this will be a big change for me, but I have been overweight for the last 12 years and I'm ready to get the "old" me back.  I started the process back in July of this year and quite honestly it has gone off without a hitch. Thank gooddness!!!  I didn't think I would be able to do everything and have my surgery in October.  I know it won't be an easy road, but hey you have to work hard for those things that you want and I'm ready.
