Week 9 - Back to the Office

Its the middle of week 9 for me and I'm down < a pound from a 50 pound weight loss! I figured it out today and that I have lost 20% of my body weight in 9 weeks. Last time I measured I have lost 18.5 inches all over. I need to start working out already!

I went back to my office yesterday, I am working from home every other day for the next week and going to the office. I brought all my food with me and found I pretty much ate little bits all day long. I drank whenever I thought about it. Definitely no where near what I should be drinking but I'm hoping in time I will get more and more liquid in.

I was tired in the middle of the day and made myself a cup of caffeinated tea for the ride home. The fresh air helped me and I enjoyed my tea while I was driving.

I've been taking it easy today while I'm home working, didn't really have a great breakfast but I'm learning that when I have a hard time with the food I just take it easy the rest of the day because that is most likely my body telling me its not going to be a good eating day. Its ok because I'm not terribly hungry all the time.

I ordered myself a weighted hula hoop today and I can't wait for it to arrive. I am so excited to do it and even though I can't keep it from falling down I know with practice I will do it and it will help with my exercising.

I love dressing up now. Even though I am wearing whats in my closet I'm wearing different combinations that make me look thinner. I think I'm starting to look good now. My kids even said the other day.."wow mommy you look skinny" :)

Time to start taking some new pictures and spend some more time purging some of the clothes in my closet that I know I wore just to hide my body before. No way I want to do that now!
