My Story: Well its actually pretty boring...
I'm not one of the people who have always been heavy. I started off being very underweight...(oh poor me...LOL). When I graduated from HS I weighed 97 and some oz.... But shortly after that I found out that I had Graves Disease and lost even more weight...And after a few months of aggresive treatment and a large goiter, yep, surgery. They remove every part of my thyroid except one small parathyroid to help regulate hormones, and it didn't work.. I then gained weight very quickly. about70 lbs. Then my gall bladder went bad and I lost again about 35 lbs. Well when that was fixed I then gained a few lbs. but not much..And became pregnant a few months later...78lbs...wow.
Then I pretty much stayed at 175...Then I found out I was diabetic and gained a few more. Then I got pregnant again..& only gained 16lbs. After my daughter was born I had alot of female problems and ended up with a total hysterectomy and then gained slowly up to my current weight of 247. And in between my daughter and my hysterectomy I dieted, excercised and took fastin to loose almost 60lbs. But as soon as I quit the fastin, even with excercise the weight came back along with a little more...Now hopefully the GBS will work.....
Well that's all about me...hope I didn't bore you too much...
Best wishes to everyone....
Thanks for listening
