He completed medical school at the University of Michigan Medical School in 2001. Dr. Denk specialized in General Surgery at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. Recognizing the benefits of minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery to patient care, he chose to pursue advanced training in the field.
