Well i am finally at my one year - i am down 60 lbs - of course i thought i would be down alot more - but overall it has been a wonderful experience and i would do it again.  In this last year i have learned to love exercising and actually look forward to it.  Of course i still hold on to several bad eatting habits - but overall health and life are greatly improved!!!!

Ok i finally hit the 50 lbs mark - but now i can not move from there - it has been over a month - HELP

I have almost lost 50 lbs.  

I am on my 4th fill and i think i have finally found the sweet spot.

Surgery was on June 19, 2006.  

I am on my fourth fill.  I am at 3cc in a 4cc band.

I need to start loosing more weight.  I exercise daily - at least 30 minutes if not more.  I can only eat small portions, but i seem to be in stall mode.  I have lurked around this site for a while but i think it is time to reach out for help to get my weight moving.  Any suggestions?
