Well gang it's been 5 yrs for me now, so here is an update......I never lost the last 50-75 lbs i had hope to, then i tried to quit smoking and gained 45 lbs back....my dr doesnt know why i never got the "full feeling " and could eat more than any of those he has done. I got discouraged/depressed and stopped going back to him.......so to all of you, never think that it;s an easy way out and , keep excersing....i wish i had....i am thinking of seeing another dr and going through it again,,,,,i'll try to keep you posted.......good luck to all of you,,,,dont do like i did....
