~*~I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY~*~ I said a prayer for you today And know God must have heard- I felt the answer in my heart Although He spoke no word I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures Of a far more lasting kind, I asked that He'd be near you At the start of each new day, To grant you health and blessings And friends to share your way. I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small, But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all~*~Hugs

I'm 15 days post-op. Thankful to be alive. The first week I've lost 14 pounds!!!!! I can tell a difference in my clothes already. I've been back to work since day 12. I'm tired a lot but am able to get things done. Thank you for your kind words and prayers.

Cari, Just wanted to wish you the best of luck with your surgery. May it be uneventful and your recovery speedy. Just think, it really is going to be a whole "new" year. A happy, healthier, thinner one at that! Happy Holidays :o)

“Destiny is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice; it is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved.” William Jennings Bryan. Dream what you want to dream, go where you want to go, be what you want to be, because you only have one life and one chance to do all the things that you want to do. The happiest people don’t have the best of everything, they just make the most of everything that comes along their way! May God hold you in the palm of His hand and Angels watch over you!

Hi - Tomorrow is the day. I go in at 5:30 a.m. and am scheduled for surgery 8:30 a.m. I'm really apprehensive though I know this is the right decision. Just have to keep trusting God to take care of me. Thank you to all who have written. Your prayers and well-wishes are greatly appreciated. See you on the other side!
