"Typically I'm not one to utilize social media for any reason but I had such a wonderful experience that I just have to shout it out. I began my weight loss journey with another provider. From the start I was very unhappy. Quite frankly I just did not get a good vibe from the beginning but I went on a referral from my primary.The front office was unfriendly and unprofessional. The doctor was argumentative. Unfortunate for them they lost their qualification for the IOQ and lucky for me I had to switch to Dr. Heider's office. From the beginning I knew I was in good hands. From the initial seminar to appointments with the nutritionist and Dr. Heider the entire experience just felt "different"; they were inviting, professional, and reassuring that I was now in good hands. My surgery came quick, I was nervous but they made me feel at ease. It was like a well oiled machine. As an end result, I'm about 3 months out from my surgery and I feel great! I'm down 33 lbs and my BMI is down 7 points. If I had to do it all again (and I'm sure I won't have to) I'd call Dr. Heider's office in a heartbeat. Good luck to anyone who is planning to go through WLS but one thing is for sure, I can assure you that with Dr. T. Ryan Heiders office you'll definitely be in good hands. "
