Today I saw the doctor. I am happy to say i am down 15lbs since last month. Only 71 more until my final goal. I also no longer have diabetes. HURRAY!!! Looking back on the journey I think it is the best decision I have ever made. I can honestly say I do get frustrated about the small amount I eat. But, that goes with the territory and I just have to live with it. I am at 201lbs. Almost to wonderland.
