My wieght loss has started to slow down. i'm 232 lbs as of today. that's 102 lbs down. I hope to get into the 220's this week. I'll be hitting the gym pretty hard this week. Things are going good. looking forward to go home this summer. Well that's about all the is new with me. I"ll post again later.
