Hello Connie - Good Morning and a Happy Re-birthday to you!!! You are so fortunate to live in SC. I've only been there 3 times but LOVE IT. I love it so much in fact I'm trying to convince my DH to move there when we retire!!! I found this quote and just love it! Hi Conni, I have the same problem with the stomach not shrinking as fast as the rest of me. Although I do exercise, my surgeon has recommended weight training. I'm thinking about joining Curves and buying some small weights to use on my own at home. I'll let you know if it helps! Good luck. Carole

Conni, I'm monday also 10 a,m, Know what you mean. I am getting anxious to get this over with so I can move on to the next level. Just said a prayer for you to have an eventful surgery and a text book recovery! (me too!)
