This is it. After the latest set of pictures and my last failed attempt to shed some pounds, I'm ready to take the steps I need to get surgery. I've had it being tired all the time. I need to be able to keep up with my daughter. I don't want to be fat anymore.
So now I have to get with a dr either here in Phoenix or up in Seattle. Tricare covers the surgery. I am offically 100% or more above my suggested body weight. Time to make a change.
