Hit goal after 299 days

I made my goal of 190 (down from 287) 299 days post surgery. That was an average of .3 lbs per day...Have gone as low as 185.7. My weight has fluctuated anywhere from 186-194. Really am feeling great. I am now 13 months post surgery. My cholesterol has dropped from 293 to 176. My lipid ratio is .33. Am really happy with results. However, I am having some adhesion pain in left side. Have had abdominal ultrasound, CT scan, and colonoscopy to rule out everything else. They have all been normal. My doc says that if I had surgery to correct the adhesions, I would probably not be any better off...any ideas on what to do .
