"I thought Dr. Jay was very helpful. He explained everything about the procedure. And was willing to answer any questions that my group had, including the risk that this surgery has. I haven't met him but once and that was my 2nd visit to Neweigh. The staff at Neweigh has been remarkable. Everyone is kind and has basically did everything for my insurance to approved the wls. Dr Jay is a very experienced doctor in performing the wls. I feel very confident in him as my surgeon. They have a great aftercare program that I plan to attend. Dr Jay did say that the aftercare is the most important thing to follow after having wls. I think Dr Jay is very competent and has great bedside manners."
