well where do I begin....

I have been battleing my weight for as long as I can remember.  It truely stinks being an active person and still having to fight to keep from gaining weight.  It's all in my portion control and right now i feel that my stomach is so large i have NO control.  So i contacted my insurance and they cover any gastric weight loss surgery I want. I do not want to deal with malabsorption just incase i decide to have a baby later.

I have to see a nutritionist for 6 months, which i've already started and I love her. She has already taught me so much to prepare myself.

I've also seen the surgeon, gone to many seminars on the VSG and plan to have my surgery on August 30th!
