Well, it's been 4 days since my surgery.  I'm moving around more, but stomach area still pretty swollen.  I've been on clear fluids until today and switched over to full liquids, but I am having trouble getting in all they want me to get in.  I've been able to get in 1/2 cup of protein shake about 5-6 oz. of water and 1 popcycle, but I still feel stuffed.  Will be glad when the swelling has gone down from my belly area!

Today, I'm going in for my Gastric Sleeve surgery.  I'm pretty nervous, but not wanting to back out.  I believe that this is the tool I need to be successful in accomplishing my weight loss goals.  I no longer care what I weigh, I just want to be able to do daily things without pain in my ankles and feet.  I want to do things with my girls and not feel exhausted.  I want my health back.  Today's my start!
