Getting back on track!

I'm so excited that I'm slowly getting back on track. I'm doing meal prep, doing my protein shakes, cutting out fast foods and picking healthier snack choices.

Also back in the gym and going hard. I'm up to one hour of cardio and will be starting the gym in the mornings before work and also going after work starting on 8/12/2013. No excuses for me not to attend the gym when my job have a full size gym and I also have a membership to Planet Fitness. When I feel bored I go to the gym. It's only a 7 minute drive from my house. Going to the gym helps me mentally and is so relaxing to me.  Down just 3 pounds but that's a start.

Can you say I'm excited and really going to push it. My 34th birthday is coming up on 9/12/2013 and I would like to be down 10 pounds. I know I can do it and maybe more but starting with small goals is the key. I will keep you guys updated on my progress.
