"When I went there for my pre-op testing things were very confusing. When it came time to go over several questions with an employee there was no place for us to go but to do it out in a hall.
There were a few workers there that were excellent, however some were mediocre, once I had a monitor beeping in the night, I used my call button over and over with no response. I was there by myself so had only the nursing staff to assist me, not once did anyone get me up to walk, one said she would later but it never happened. I would get up on my own and walk a bit in the room and did what I could along with moving my legs when in bed. I am very lucky that I was in little pain and had no complications, if I had I don't know if some there would have cared. The private room was nice. "
"I've been very pleased with my choice of Dr Richardson, he has a very good bedside manner and takes the time to answer all my questions. He does laproscopic which is why I picked him.
The one thing I wish was different is that he is only in St Louis on Tuesdays for appointments.
After your surgery you will be seen in the hospital by another Dr and not Dr Richardson since he is there only on the one day.
If I had it to do over again I would pick him again, I feel it was due to his competence that I have had no problems post-op!"
