Weight loss

I am still happy with the weight that I have lost. I am 16 months post op and still feeling great. I found out that my vitamin D is low. So Dr. Keshishian sent me a prescription that was even confusing to the pharmacy to read.  I don't like to be confused on what to take for medication. I wish some doctors would write in a plain and simple form so that someone could understand something.
