   8/28/7:  went to base medical yesterday and asked my PCM to place a referral for WLS.  Called our Naval Hospital and they had rcvd. request and are pushing it out of thier system due to referrals only good for 30 days and they do not have any appointments until November and the waiting list for one of those was off the page!
That's ok, I will hopefully be referred out to a civilian doctor. 
I guess Tricare sends out to a bariatric center in Gainesville  FL.  that is 90 away from home but worth it.
