Getting Started

...so I'm at the beach in Feb. I've had my Diet Coke funeral as I start this journey. It's been lovely...quiet this time of year at the Jersey Shore. Life has been hectic, so we've taken a break to breathe a little before jumping back in. LBI is beautiful if you haven't been here before. 

Anyway, setting up my accounts here, Fitbit, myFitnessPal and he sort...looking forward to getting to know everybody over time and celebrating changes.
