Things are going well

I just wanted to type a quick update I am at 180.5 I just got done with plastic surgery I had a tummy tuck and a brest agmention I am very happy with how everything has gone. I need to start working out tto tone up get stronger that is my new years goal feels better to have that as a goal instead of losing weight! Well good wishes to all in the new year!!

My weight loss has been a crazy journey for me. I miss eating some thing way more then I thought. So far so good. I have more energy then I used to and my knees don't hurt. This morning the scale said 199.5 so hopefully I will get far away away from the 200's
